FOR FAMILIES TO ANNOUNCE A DEATH OF A MEMBER
When a family member that belongs to Andenet Meredaja Edir passes away, please contact our office at 510-823-0700 to report the death. Once you (the family) have confirmed the date for the lekso and finalized the funeral arrangements, please complete the form below, so we can announce the date, time, and location of the lekso, funeral, and burial.
