In memory of one of our beloved founding board members, Meskerem “Meskie” Tsegaye, Andenet Meredaja Edir has established Meski’s Fund—a tribute to her lifelong commitment to uplifting those in need.

This fund was created by Meskie’s fellow Andenet Meredaja Edir board colleagues and initially funded by generous contributions from board members and a few of her close friends in the community. True to Meskie’s spirit of compassion and generosity, Meski’s Fund is dedicated to helping members of our community who are unable to join or maintain their membership in Andenet Meredaja Edir (AME) due to financial hardship. Whether the challenge is illness, unemployment, or an unexpected life event, this fund ensures that no one is left behind in their time of need.
